What does "web-based" even mean?
Well it means that all the software runs on a server in a data center, not on your computer. If at first this may sound like a negative to you, please read why we believe this is preferable for you:
We do not use your information for ANYTHING, EVER — In fact, we don't even access it for anything other than to back it up nightly. Your tours and reservations are none of our business. Vlynder Computer Resources's Business is giving you a good tool to manage your tours and reservations
Nightly back-up — Without you having to worry about tape, CD's, theft or fire disaster recovery plans, we back ALL your reservations, tours, agents each and every night
Access by anyone, from anywhere in the world — Providing you give them access, reservations can be made from anywhere in the world with internet access. Most frequently used by out-of office agents, or resellers
Freedom of Management — You can manage your information, and therefore your company from anywhere, on any computer. It has been written for use even by very slow connections like cell phones and airplanes
No installation — No hardware or software is needed on your computer, so there is nothing to install, maintain or update
The server does all the work — Even older computers and laptops perform very well, since the server does all the work
Security — You can not lose your information, since it does not get stored on your computer
Synchronicity — AdminisTour can be used simultaneously by any amount of agents or reservationists. Some of our clients have offices in multiple locations allowing them one system to manage all their information, and making it instantaneously available
Optionally, show selected tours on your web site. This is done by request only, and the expense is not included in the monthly fee
